If you receive a damaged or defective product, kindly contact us within 48 hours via Instagram, providing pictures as evidence of the damage. Please note that we will not accept returns of damaged products after this 48-hour window.
Upon approval of the images, you will be required to return the damaged product at your own expense within 7 days. We will then send a replacement for the defective product within the specified time frame.
We encourage you to take care when mailing items back to us, as we cannot be held responsible for any additional damage that may occur during transit.
