Each piece is unique, and slight variations in weave, print, or stitching are a hallmark of handmade craftsmanship, not defects. Unlike machine-made items, handcrafted products may have minor irregularities, which add to their charm and authenticity.
However, we stand by the quality of our products and provide options for return or exchange under specific conditions.
Exchange & Return Guidelines
1. Timeframe: You may request a return or exchange within 24 hours of receiving your order.
2. Eligibility: To qualify for an exchange or return:
• The product must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered, and in its original condition.
• It should include all tags, the original packaging, and the purchase receipt.
• An unboxing video of the package is required as proof.

4. Shipping Costs: Customers must self-ship the item back to us. Shipping charges for returns or exchanges are not covered by us.
5. Exclusions: Returns or exchanges are not applicable for sale items or gift cards.

Refund Policy
1. Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected. We will notify you about the status of your refund.
2. If approved, the refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 10 business days
